Terms of Service

Welcome to Sunshine Sound Systems! These Terms of Service govern your use of our event-related services, including event registration, sound system rentals, DJ services, and connections to third-party vendors. By booking or registering for an event with us, you agree to these terms. 

1. Our Services 

Sunshine Sound Systems provides:  

 

  • Sound system rentals and DJ services  

  • Event registration and ticketing for Sunshine-hosted events  

  • Recommendations and connections to third-party event services like catering and venues  

 

We strive to deliver exceptional experiences. Please read these terms carefully to understand our policies. 

2. Event Registration 

Booking Process: Registration for events is confirmed only after full payment is received (unless otherwise stated). You will receive a confirmation email with event details once your booking is processed.  

 

Accuracy of Information: Ensure all details you provide during registration are accurate. Incorrect information may result in booking issues.  

 

Event Changes: Sunshine Sound Systems reserves the right to modify event details (e.g., location, time, or lineup) for logistical or unforeseen reasons. We’ll notify you of any changes promptly.  

3. Payments and Refunds

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card via stripe. 

 

Refund Policy:  

  • Cancellations made [7 days/ 1 week] before the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the event are non-refundable.  

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.  


Event Cancellation by Sunshine Sound Systems: If an event is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date. 

4. Code of Conduct 

We aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. By attending our events, you agree to:  

 

  • Respect the venue, staff, and fellow attendees  

  • Follow all event rules and guidelines, including safety measures  

  • Refrain from disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior  

 

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund. 

5. Liability 

Attendee Responsibility: You are responsible for your personal belongings and behavior at events. Sunshine Sound Systems is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.  

 

Third-Party Vendors: While we recommend third-party vendors (e.g., caterers or venues), we do not control their services. Any agreements you enter into with them are your responsibility.  

 

Controlled Substances: Sunshine Sound Systems does not permit the use, distribution, or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances at our events. Any violations of this policy are solely the responsibility of the individual(s) involved. We are not liable for any consequences, legal or otherwise, arising from such activities.


Event Interruptions: We are not liable for interruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided at events, including logos, designs, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Sunshine Sound Systems unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our written permission. 

7. Privacy and Data Protection 

By registering for an event, you agree to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 

8. Changes to These Terms 

Sunshine Sound Systems reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
